I'm Heike Böttcher, your host here in Terlan. As a general practitioner and psychotherapist, I know from my daily practice how precious moments of true peace and regeneration are in our fast-paced world.The name "Selbstzeit" (Self-Time) is more than just a name for our vacation apartment—it's a promise. My goal was to create a retreat in South Tyrol that, through its clean lines, high-quality natural materials, and its location nestled among the vineyards, conveys a profound sense of well-being.
Why I love Terlan and want to share it with you:
South Tyrol is my adopted home, and Oberkreuther Weg in Terlan is one of the most inspiring places on the Wine Route for me. Here, the alpine lifestyle blends seamlessly with Mediterranean ease.
